Conversation with my brother on business development, sales, and keeping customers for life.

Hi Jared,
Nice discussions on keeping customers for life.
We can all use that as we all want clients for
keeps.
Great blog!
Hey Jared,
Great topic to discuss and i love that you brought your brother in.
I think that these are such easy things that so many sales people forget on a daily basis.
This reminds me of a article i was reading the other day about Starbucks. They are one of the most successful companies in the world and they spend almost nothing on marketing. They said that they would rather invest that money into their employees and make sure that they are happy and well trained so that every person that walks in their doors is greeted with a smile and great coffee. Thats the experience and relationship everyone is looking for:)
Aurelius, thanks for the props. I really like your blog as well. How would you like to do a link exchange?
Heather, Starbucks is amazing. I am there pretty much every day, they definitely get it. Thanks for the comment!
I learned quite a few things from this video. Thanks for sharing the useful tips. Will be waiting for more great educational quickies like this!
