Great topic to discuss and i love that you brought your brother in.  

I think that these are such easy things that so many sales people forget on a daily basis.
This reminds me of a article i was reading the other day about Starbucks.  They are one of the most successful companies in the world and they spend almost nothing on marketing.  They said that they would rather invest that money into their employees and make sure that they are happy and well trained so that every person that walks in their doors is greeted with a smile and great coffee.  Thats the experience and relationship everyone is looking for:)</description>
