Rational = Analytic 
Guardian = Amiable 
Artisans = Drive 
Idealist = Expressive 
 
Like you, I constantly use this as a backdrop to getting a glimpse of how the guy in the OTHER chair thinks about things so we can communicate more thoroughly.
