I love these words particulalry “hip” i feel this is important to have a little edge over other competitors.

This is great feedback Dave. I will tell if you took the time to impress me, I will always do my best to at least respond, because your right, its the right thing to do. I am probably guilty though of not doing this and hearing this from you will make me conscience of it next time.

I am guilty of not including a cover letter. The main reason is because it can be a complete waste of time.

If I want to write a cover letter, it can take me 8 hours to do research, write, edit and send the letter.

Even when I use a cover letter, most, 90% of the jobs I apply for, I never, ever get any kind of response from the employer. 5% have an auto reply to my application and 5% get an interview. I stopped writing cover letters.

I think if I spend 8 hours putting together a cover letter, I am entitled to a response to thank me for applying, and a reason why I am did not qualify for an interview. Most employers ignore applicants and when applying for a job I have to keep my spirits up.
The constant rejection can be hard on a person’s spirit.

Cheavor great idea. Do you know of a cool interface that shows tweets coming in that would look really great on a large wall like this? We are also going to implement Yammer soon and show our internal yammers.

You can use the Projector to display a Live Twitter Feed that displays Tweets from Twitter from anyone that says the word “mobileStorm”. That way you can see what’s being said about your business/service/product at all times. And respond to them.

Much like how I did on a Site I developed for one of my Celebrity Clients/Intl Superstar/Super Producer “Benny-D.”. Anytime someone says his name or url, it appears on his Tweets Page I setup: http://www.djbennydfansite.tv/tweets-archive/
