<description>Great start - entertaining - I agree with Sean - probably a good idea to create an outline and theme and build upon it - then you create more stickiness and give a reason for return visits for future videos.

<description>Okay. After thinking about this, I came to the conclusion that I have only two pieces of feedback for you and that is regarding the episodes content and its presentation. Now this is just what popped into my head and it may help you or may not. But it can't hurt to give my opinion...I hope.

Well, basically what I thought was really two areas: The Presentation and The Marketing.

The Presentation
-----------------------------------------

Now this is in regards to the information segment structure and the presentation of it. Now if I were making this video, this is what I would do:

1. Write yourself at script of the the key points that you want to convey about that particular piece of information. For example, if you want to present a segment that deals with the information that for every $1.00 spent on email advertising, the average return is $46.86, I would formulate three main points that are relevant to that subject:

a) Intro. (This is where you could throw something funny in that deals with the subject. Something that catches the attention of the audience that makes them want to listen to what you have to say. This is also were you present the tag line of the information.)

b) Body. (This is where you convey the information itself about the subject/topic of the segment, using a source or commentary.)

c) Clincher. (This is where you want to tie the information that you just stated in your body to tie into The Marketing, the goal of these videos. This is really were The Marketing part comes in which will lead me to my next subject.)

The Marketing
-----------------------------------------

Now this is really just an extension of point c. This is what I am thinking. The whole purpose of these videos is to market what mobileStorm does through information relevant to mobileStorms market, of Digital Marketing. However, as I watched this video, I got no sense whatsoever about mobileStorm itself or information regarding the furtherance of Digital Marketing. Let me put it this way: If I were in your shoes, I would be looking at this video series as providing potential customers with key information of what mobileStorm deals with, i.e. Digital Marketing, and show them that they NEED to get involved. For example, your point on email marketing and the huge return of $46 for every $1 was great. However, you showed no tie, no clincher to the fact of the essentialness of email marketing besides the fact that it had a good return. This may seem on the surface enough, but actually looking at it, you just provided a body of great information. You need a conclusion, something that makes the customer go "It really is essential for my business to have some sort of emailing campaign and according to this evidence, it has great returns." Not sure if that made sense, probably didn't. But you also want to use this as a tool for customers you already have, basically showing them the important aspects of Digital Marketing and, in short, on how they need to get more involved into the specific area. Something like that.

Also, you want to have a theme of each episode. After watching this two times, I had no idea what you wanted me to know. All I knew were some pieces of information that really didn't expand my knowledge of the industry and what a cool guy you are. What I would say you want, is a theme that basically could be something like this; Episode 14: Email Marketing. Basically you convey pieces of information regarding that subject on many different scales. So that way, by the end of the show, I at least have a further knowledge of Email Marketing and its importance and makes me begin thinking about having an email marketing campaign for my business. And you could literally have hundreds of episodes regarding Email Marketing. But the end results would be me wanting to either start an email marketing campaign or to expand a campaign I already have. And as the human mind works, since you were the one who presented the information, you will be the first person that I will go to. And that is where you clinch the deal, by tying the information with the product/service, making the customer feel in control because it is the logic of the customer creating the decisions, not you. All you do is present vital information, and show them a path that they can take to gain the rewards of implementing that information.

Now that is just my two cents of information that popped into my head. Please don't get me wrong with any of this (which is were my compliments come in), you created a wonderful video that really showed me what a dedication you had to your company and showed me service and ideology of mobileStorm; the fact that they took the time to create this video to help expand my knowledge. I really enjoyed your personal touches and think all together you did a great job. I think you are a great guy, Jared, and hope you continue with your passion as a true American entrepreneur.

God Bless,
Sean Wing
