Yes, consistency and follow ups your clients are most importance in every business. Without these two things, you may lose your client or business anytime. I have also personal experience about this in online business.

Wow - you read my mind! Thank you so much for the input. Being a young entrepreneur and managing multiples businesses can make for an organization nightmare. I, too, have had waves of what feels like total insanity due to overload. I have three recs:

1. Time Blocking - A MUST! (google it if you don't know what this is)
2. Blackberry/iphones - A MUST!
3. Get MINDMAPPING software - personally, I use a service (it was like $35 bucks or something) at http://www.mindapp.com
You can also get a FREE 30 day trial. It totally saves me every week.

I think the whole process of managing a business becomes much easier when we start delegating functions. An excellent way to achieve this goal is by outsourcing tasks to freelancers, better kown as Virtual Assistants. They are mostly equipped with technical and professional qualifications to handle any kind of assignments and deliver them by deadlines set by you. This relieves you of the tension of multi tasking, doubles your productivity and helps you maintain a healthy work life balance.

I think this is great advice- there is nothing worse than digging through your inbox just to check your emails. Another thing I like to do is automatically archive everything that's not immediately important. I have folders named "Must Read" "My Subscriptions" and Business Articles." When I get email newsletters or articles forwarded to me with important statistics that I cant read right away, I put them in the appropriate archive folder in Outlook. Then at the end of the day (or during lunch) go through my folders to read my 'unread' mail :)

I love crossing out To-Do lists! The feeling when everything is crossed out is absolutely physical. (Especially when you avoid looking at the next To-Do list.)
