Great memo from Bill Taylor to young leaders.
He breaks down 5 questions that you should ask yourself:
1. Why should great people want to work with you?
2. Do you know a great person when you see one?
3. Can you find great people who aren’t looking for you?
4. Are you great at teaching great people how your team or company works and wins?
5. Are you as tough on yourself as you are on your people?
Excellent article. I especially like #5. I actually think the question should be: "Are you tougher on yourself than your own people?" and the answer for a LEADER should always be ,"YES."

if "you are tough on yourself than your own people". it means you are good Boss, and you are aware of right thing and wrong thing.
